Catholic Social Service announces the passing of Mrs. Cerila Matias Rapadas on May 29, 2020 at the age of 87. Mrs. Rapadas was the second Executive Director for CSS and served from 1990 to 2010. She was a member of the founding leadership for CSS that implemented the various programs that continue to serve the elderly, individuals with disabilities, the homeless, and victims of abuse, neglect and violence. She is survived by her seven children and their families.
