The Crisis Intervention Hotline

(671) 632-8853
The Crisis Intervention Hotline provides a twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week telephone service to respond to crisis calls relative to allegations of abuse or neglect. These calls are referred to an on-duty Social Worker to investigate the perpetrated against the elderly and individuals with disabilities. Upon determination that abuse has been committed and the victim is in imminent danger, he or she is then admitted to the shelter for protective care upon the consent of the victim. In cases that abuse is non-physical, or non-serious neglect, case management services are provided.
